As the Director of Bethesda Outreach Center Russ overseas the outreach ministry of Trinity Fellowship including, food, clothing, special events, and ESL classes for refugees in our community. He has a heart for the nations of the world and sharing the good news of Jesus through tangible acts of service! Russ is married to Tracy Pennington and they have six adult children, Brently, Breck, Josiah, Jake, Braid, and Asher. Breck is married to Jacob Engle and they have a daughter named Lilius. Russ and Tracy served for 17 years in Bangkok, Thailand teaching English and starting a church among the Thai people. They returned to Amarillo in 2008 where they began attending Trinity Fellowship. Russ taught Geometry at Caprock High School for five years before joining the staff of Trinity in 2013. Russ had a short stint as a rock star in Thailand (while he still had hair!) and you can check out his music under his Thai nick name Surat/o2b on the streaming channels! Currently he is the founder and CEO of the "Good Looking Bald Guys Club" in Amarillo!
